For all palmistry consultation services, payments are collected in advance against a slot booking. This ensures that your appointment is confirmed and reserved exclusively for you.
If the customer is unable to attend on the scheduled slot, the appointment can be rescheduled at no extra fee, subject to availability. We request at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling to accommodate other clients.
If for some reason, the customer is unable to continue with the session, their fee is 100% refundable, PROVIDED the cancellation is made BEFORE attending the guidance session/consultation.
No fee will be refunded AFTER the guidance session has been completed or attended. Once the consultation has been provided, the service is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
In case of any disputes regarding services, they shall be subjected to the Pune Jurisdiction. All legal matters will be handled under the laws applicable in Pune, India.
For all products including bracelets, stones, rings, pendants, pyramids, frames, and vaastu items, payments are collected in advance. The customer is informed about the shipping details and expected delivery timeline.
Once the shipment leaves our premises, we verify each package manually, multiple times to ensure that all products are shipped in good shape/quality and we capture images as proof of the product condition at the time of shipping.
Once the product is delivered, the customer has to update us within 48 hours about any complaints of manufacturing defect on Email or on WhatsApp with the images. We shall try our best to replace the product if the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing issue.
For confirmed manufacturing defects, the customer has to send us the courier on our address, and only after receiving and inspecting the product, we shall make a decision for replacement. Once the replacement is approved, the shipping details for the replacement shipment shall be shared with the customer.
In case the product is misplaced/not delivered/delayed by the courier company, it becomes the responsibility between the customer and the courier service provider, and in such cases no refund shall be entertained. We provide tracking information and assist in communication with the courier company, but the final resolution lies between the customer and courier.
Certain situations like flood, earthquake, etc which are beyond human control, we cannot be made liable to such situations and no refund shall be entertained. These events are considered force majeure and exempt us from liability.
Cancellation of the product order will only be applicable if it has not been shipped yet. Once the shipment leaves our premises, no cancellation can be raised as the product is already in transit.
We can/will update the service/product cancellation/refund policies from time to time and it is the customer's responsibility to keep themselves updated with the latest policies. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
For eligible service cancellations, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation approval. Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Product refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10-15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund amount will be minus any shipping charges incurred.

Exchanges are only offered in cases of manufacturing defects confirmed within 48 hours of delivery. Size exchanges or preference changes are not applicable for energized products as they are specifically prepared for individual customers.
Shipping charges for replacement products will be borne by us in case of confirmed manufacturing defects. For all other returns or exchanges, shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

In special circumstances such as medical emergencies, bereavement, or other significant life events, we may consider partial refunds or rescheduling beyond our standard policy. These cases will be evaluated individually and decisions are at our sole discretion.
This policy is designed to comply with Indian consumer protection laws and regulations. Any disputes arising from this policy will be subject to Pune jurisdiction as specified in our Terms of Service.
